About Us

We began our crane truck business in Brisbane in 1992, offering a crane truck service previously not available in the local area. We’ve since expanded to operating our crane truck hire services elsewhere in Queensland, and NSW, where appropriate.

Our Manager, Gavan has many years in the transport industry, including 25 years specifically in the crane truck sector. Our team also have extensive experience in all aspects of crane truck hire and operation. We have built up a wealth of knowledge and expertise that you can tap into to assist with any job, however demanding.

Our Formal Credentials

• All Smart Crane Truck Services staff have the required Workplace Health and Safety training and/or qualifications.
• We have a qualified Trainer and Assessor on board to oversee operations, ensuring that all our onsite work and handling is conducted according to strict best practice.
• We conduct ongoing training as required to keep our guys up to date and our workplaces safe and compliant with all regulations.
• We also have Dangerous Goods registration and licences, so if that is an area where you need transportation, give us a call.
